- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Really poor service. I went doctors with my 2 year old son, at the time I was told 10.40, without being informed they changed my sons appointment to 11.10 ended up getting seen at 11.30. My son was poorly for 4 days, wasn't/ isn't eating or drinking which I stated to the doctoright. I went about my sons cough and sore throat, the doctor hadn't checked his throat properly. He then told me how it was just a viral infection, my son didn't have anything wrong with his throat to leave him for a week and heven will be fine. My mum took him back to the doctors(this time saw a nurse) as he was at hers for the night and he was screaming in pain, to be told he has scarlet fever and a severe sore throat and his glands were up very bad. She was shocked with how the doctor hadn't checked my son over properly and didn't understand why! As shocked as I was myself, I was even more shocked when the doctor I had seen changed everything I had said. He stated in my sons notes he had checked him fully, and I said it was 2 days he was ill for! I will be changing my doctors, as my opinion is they are terrible with kids.by Francesca LouiseAugust 23, 2017
